Rated 60 PSI/FV@350F. Fully jacketed tank with straight side including 500 sq. ft, 5-zone channel wall jacket with 4" high insulation. Dish bottom head includes 39 sq. ft. single zone dimple jacket, Rated for 100 PSI @ 350F. Top and bottom heads are 3/8" thick, straight side is 5/16" thick with reinforcing rings. Top bridge-mounted agitator drive with (3) 2-blade wide sweep paddles, 2" diameter common shaft, mixing blades measure 6'2" in total length and 3/4" thick. 15 HP, 1760 RPM, 230/460V, 3/60Hz motor thru Nord gearbox with 66.50:1 ratio, resulting in 26.5 output RPM. 18" diameter top manhole, (3) 4" inlets, (2) 6" inlets and 12" diameter overflow pipe. 16" center bottom outlet, leading to 3" center bottom outlet, as well as (1) 8" & (1) 7-1/2" flanged side outlets.
