Stainless Steel Tanks

Used 900 gallon stainless steel mix tank. 46"ID x 10' s/s (11'7" OAH). flat top and dish bottom with 3" CBO. MixMor Model T0-1.5 top-entering, bridge-mounted agitation with stainless steel shaft and three 4-blade stainless steel bolted pitched-turbine blades along common stainless steel shaft, driven by 1.5 HP, 230/460V, 1740 RPM, 3/60Hz motor. (4) Leg mounted.

Unused 850 gallon Slurry tank system consisting of skid with vertical stainless steel tank, SS skid size is 98" x 68" x 84" tall. Atmospheric tank 5 ft dia x 6 ft H. Flat bottom, dish top with hinged manway lid. (2) 15 HP Grundfos pumps. 90 gpm at 528 ft hd. Model A96127009-P11101551. Supplies pressing water to Outotec Larox PF1.6 filter system. Built 2011.

Used 850 gallon open top jacketed stainless steel sanitary mixing tank, dimple jacket body with independent jackets on wall and bottom, side wall is shrouded and insulated and had been in house pressure tested to 20 psi, bottom jacket is open and exposed from previous repair and testing shows multiple leaks which are repairable, 66" id x 58" deep with flat sloped bottom to 2" discharge with npt connection (can be changed to food service) with 12" floor clearance, central bridge with 1. 5 HP gear motor 208-220/440/3 phase voltage by master @ 18 rpm driving paddle agitator with retreating curves (as modified for former usage), dual hinged covers. Formerly used in food ingredients.

Used 750 Gallon SS Tank. Flat bottom, open top with center top entering agitator on bridge mount support. Driven by 3 HP motor thru gearbox. Includes internal baffles and (2) 2" diameter outlets. (#1) tank is a storage tank. (#2) tank is an agit. tank. (#3) tank is agit. with (8) Krebs hydrocylclones mounted above. (#4) tank is agit. with (2) Krebs hydrocyclones mounted above. Previously used as decanter tanks. Qty (4) available.

Used 700 gallon Stainless Steel Mix Tank. Manufactured by G2 Material Handling. Dome Top, slope bottom. 58" diameter x 64" straight side, 9" slope. 4 blade turbine on a 48" long x 1-1/2" diameter shaft. Driven by a 1-1/2hp 3/60/208-230/460v 1755rpm motor through a reducer. Openings Top: 18" manway, 6" for agitator, 3", (2) 2", 1-1/2", 13" x 8" wide vent, 2" side bottom outlet, 6" side bottom outlet with slide gate. Includes (2) spray balls, (3) baffles Serial# 333555

Used Stainless Steel 650 gallon dimple jacketed tank measuring 52" diameter x 70" straight side with dish top and bottom, has 19-1/2" top manway, (2) 2" and 1-1/2" tri-clamp top ports and 2" center bottom discharge. Unit is on (4) 3" legs.

Used 600 Gallon Stainless Steel Tank. Alloy Products model 7754. 5'6" Dia. x 4' T/T. Open top and Slant bottom. Jacket rated to 100 PSI (Jacket condition unknown). Anchor type agitator. Serial #6198-A.

Used Piersol Pine MFG approximately 560 gallon vertical 304 stainless steel mix tank. S/N: 9144-A. 60” diameter X 46” high straight side. Internal rated 2 PSIG @ 212 degrees F. Unit has bolt on dished top, dished bottom. S/N: 9144-A. Top fittings: 14" X 10" manway (no cover), (2) 2.5", (1) 3", (1) 4", and (1) 1". 1.5" center bottom drain with flush valve. Equipped with heavy anchor style agitator driven by a Philadelphia 5MVG-2 drive, S/N: 515246, Ratio 14-1, powered by Reliance 10 HP, 3/60/230-460 volt motor. Mounted on legs (that were removed to aid in removal of tank).

Used 533 gallon open-top tank. Manufactured by Chem-Tek. Model 533 gallon. 53"D x 58"s/s (OAH 6'). slight cone bottom with 1.5" Center bottom discharge. (4) Leg mounted. Serial #23828.

Used Walker 500 gallon 304 stainless steel vertical tank. 44" diameter X 62" high straight side. Rated ATM @ AMB temp. S/N 1849-11929. Flat top, cone bottom. Top has 24" manway with 4" center Kamlock fitting. 4" center bottom discharge that reduces to 2" with valve and kamlock fitting. Mounted on carbon steel frame with runners allowing unit to be moved by forklift. Built 1991.

Used 10 bbl (300 gallon) stainless steel jacketed Brite tank. 34"D X 96"H straight side 128"OAH. Dished top and bottom. Top fittings: Center 3.75" sanitary with a spray ball fed by 1.25" sanitary pipe. (1) 1.75" sanitary with a sanitary pressure relief. Spray ball line with side top connection for side level indicator. (5) side bottom 1.25" sanitary outlets. Has (1) 13.5" X 17.5" side bottom manway. 1.25" center bottom drain.
