Used 54" Wide Battenfeld Gloucester Co-Extrusion Sheet Extrusion Line, previously used for approximately 1200 lbs. per hour polypropylene sheet. Line consists of the following: -(3) Acrison volumetric feeders without controls -6" Battenfeld Gloucester 30/1 L/D extruder driven by 500 hp AC motor with Yaskawa VFD control. New 2006. Extruder: 77" centerline height, 460 volt AC input, Contra Cool design including blower, 7" x 12" feed throat dimension with standard hopper and air actuated slide gate, and 16.07/1 gearbox ratio. Barrel vented and plugged -6" Xaloy slide plate screen changer with hydraulic pump -30 hp LCI ES 90/90 melt pump with drive Includes spare 30HP motor. -EDI 3-layer Ultraflow Feedblock, ABA design -54" EDI Model H75 flex lip die with .000-.075 gap. Serial #09-28716. -3.5" American Kuhne 30/1 L/D co-extruder, new 2011. Electrically heated air cooled barrel, 100 hp AC motor 460 volt AC input with Yaskawa VFD motor control and Koellmann 17.2/1 gearbox ratio. Extruder mounted with 70" centerline height, includes Xaloy screen changer and melt pump. Barrel vented and plugged Downstream of the line includes a 56" x 18" x 24" inclined chill roll stack with polished chrome rolls, hydraulically loaded and includes individual roll drives. Includes 4-zone "Green Box" pumping package for primary roll cooling and secondary roll cooling. New 2016. Spare 24" OD matte finish roll for center position on stack. Secondary roll package consists of 57" wide x 20" O.D. S-Wrap Battenfeld Gloucester cooling rolls mounted downstream from the primary rolls. NDC gauge (without source) with controls and razor blades slitting station. -Pull roll assembly -Cooling conveyor -Dual position hydraulic driven jumbo winders with portable roll carts (10). Used 2.36” 32:1 L/D Vented Single-Screw Extruder. Manufactured by Gloucester. Barrel: 45” centerline height. Driven by a 50 hp DC motor and SCR control. Gearbox: 9.48:1 ratio, serial 140. Top center feed throat, includes temperature control panel and 5-hole strand die. Built 1986.

Used 2" O.D. x 8" Wide Randcastle Sheet Extrusion 3-Roll Stack including Pull Roll Station and Single Position Winder.

Used 1.5” 24:1 L/D Single-Screw Extruder. Manufactured by Killion. Model KL-150. Includes: (3) control panels, Zenith melt pump with 2 hp motor. Model PEP-10 rated at 3.4-68 lbs/hr spare grooved feed throat, and (2) transformers, miscellaneous parts. Serial #10628
