450 TPD PET SSP (Solid-State Polycondensation) plant. Consisting of four-step process for polymer enhancement. The process begins with Crystallization, where amorphous PET chips are transformed into a crystalline form using a Spout Bed Heat Exchanger (OTWR) in the Pre-crystallizer, followed by a PULSBED fluid-bed heat exchanger (OTWG) in the Crystallizer. Next, the Preheating stage employs a Vertical Flow Roof Heat Exchanger (OKTD) to raise the temperature of the crystalline chips to near-reaction conditions. In the third step, Solid-State Polycondensation (SSP) occurs in a Vertical Mass Flow Reactor (OKTN), where molecular weight increases through controlled diffusion-driven reactions under vacuum or inert gas. Finally, the process concludes with Cooling, again utilizing the PULSBED fluid-bed heat exchanger (OTWG) to stabilize the material before downstream handling.
