Used 40 TPD sulfuric acid plant for sale immediately available. Process designed by SIEL. The plant takes element sulfur as raw material to produce 98 – 99% sulfuric acid as well as battery grade sulfuric acid (30%). The plant was commissioned in 2001. All the equipment was overhauled in 2023. Main Blower No 1 fitted with new unit in 2024 and has not been operated since. Blower No 2 installed in 2017. In 2023 all the catalyst was removed from Converter. The converter was clean and refilled. Hydraulic testing was performed at 17 kg/cm2 for boilers, steam drum and economizers.
