The system consisting of the following: (1) 30 gallon agitated slurry tank, (1) cyclone, (1) Progressive cavity pump, manufactured by Seepex, model #066-12, (1) electric burner. Control panel, mezzanine and additional structure included. Built 1995. Previous use: ceramic application.

Used 35.4" Dia Stainless Steel Spray Dryer. Manufactured by Anhydro. Model CH-63 ATEX. 900 mm (35.4") dia drying tower with 39.4" cylindrical height and 23.6" conical height. Outlet diameter 100 mm (3.9"). Evaporation capacity up to 13 kg/hr (water). Air heating via 15 kW electric system. Fan motor 0.7 kW, 400V, with an additional 1.1 kW motor. Atomization available via both rotary atomiser (63 mm) and nozzle atomiser options. Includes drying tower mounted on frame, cyclone separator (Ø 200 × 600 mm / 7.9" × 23.6"), dust filter with air-pulse cleaning, and fan system. With switchgear and CE certification. explosion panel with flame arrestor, includes 15 litre liquid dosing vessel, siemens S7 control panel plc and HMI. Floor footprint 2.5 × 2.2 m. Built 2010.
