3500 HP GE Induction Motor, 400 Volts, 439 Amp, 1785 RPM, 3-phase, 60 Hz, E-Code, Model 5K851167C5, Serial # FM8404699. Originally built 1976, Rebuilt (and unused since) in 1997. (see stock #8103 for Philadelphia Gear Drive).

The plant has GE Frame 6B (type PG6541B) gas turbine with 25,108 operating hours since its last overhaul in 2012. The heat rate of gas turbine is 11,460 KJ/kWh. The gear box has speed ratio of 5,100 : 3,000 rpm. The generator was manufactured by GEC Alsthom, with voltage 11 KV, rate output 52.975 MVA, power factor 0.8. This plant also includes critical spare parts, special tooling, and other equipment such as air intake / filtration system, inlet ducting, lateral exhaust ducting, stack, outdoor enclosures, natural gas skid, fire protection container (CO2), and electrical / electronic control cabinet with speedtronic turbine control system (Mark V), motor control center, generator breaker and protection and control System, operator control module.

Unused, never installed 26060 KW gas turbine generator. Manufactured by General Electric. Gas turbine generator set consists of following: GE Frame 5PA gas turbine, simple cycle, natural gas fueled, Dry Low NOx (DLN) combustion with all associated accessories. Base rated 26,060 KW at ISO conditions. Heat rate @ site rating 12,807 BTU/kWh (efficiency 27.7%). Exhaust temperature 850°F. NOx emissions 25 ppmvd at base load. 5100 rpm, designed per API 616 standards. Electric motor starter. Gear reducer rated 5100/1800 rpm. Side exhaust system included. Natural gas fuel system with operating pressure of 363 PSI, fuel specification 1028 BTU (20,699 BTU/lb, LHV). GE TEWAC generator, 40,000 kVA rating, 30,000 KW output, 13,800V/3ph/60 Hz. Built 2014, stored per GE storage standards. Scope of supply includes: GE Turbine Skid (39’ L x 12’ W x 13’ H, 200,000 lbs), Generator Skid (24’ L x 12’ W x 12’ H, 210,000 lbs), inlet system, exhaust system, all manuals, and drawings.

Unused 15700 kwh steam turbine generator set. Manufactured by GE. The set consists of (1) Dresser-Rand Condensing steam turbine. Model #RD9MQQ, 4500 RPM. 652 abs @ 430F inlet steam. 0.08 abs exhaust steam. 52,661 kg/hr inlet steam flow. Serial #21107 with (1) 15,537 kva Indar air cooled generator. Model #LSA-900-X/4, 13800V. Serial #12272. 13000 KW RENK gear box, model TL-500. 2514 ratio, 4226 speed input, 1800 speed output.

Unused, never installed 80,000 kW ISO-rated gas turbine generator set manufactured by General Electric. The system includes one (1) GE PG7121EA combustion gas turbine, base rated at 62,480 kW and packaged as a power plant. The turbine operates at 60 Hz and is equipped with modulating inlet guide vanes (IGV), high-pressure brush packing in various locations, and a right-side exhaust exit system constructed with 409 stainless steel lagging and a carbon steel shell and diffusers. The combustion system uses water injection for NOx control, and the dual-fuel configuration supports crude oil and distillate fuels. Additional systems include lubrication and hydraulic units for the turbine and generator, a self-cleaning inlet filter, a water wash skid for maintenance, an AC motor start, and a rotor turning system. The control system is GE Mark VI with EX2100 brushless excitation. The generator is a GE Model 7A6, totally enclosed water-to-air cooled (TEWAC), rated at 102.7 MVA, 13.8 kV, 60 Hz, with a 0.8 power factor (wireless), and includes S/N 436X112. The turbine is enclosed in on-base lagging compartments and off-base turbine and accessory compartments with integrated freeze protection and ventilation systems. Fire protection is included in all compartments. Built in 2007, the equipment has been stored indoors in warehouse conditions since new and includes all related components, drawings, and manuals. Accompanying the turbine is one (1) unused Deltak Heat Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG) specifically designed for use with the GE Frame 7EA turbine. The HRSG is duct-fired (Model DINO-3856) and was built in 2001. In unfired mode, it delivers high-pressure steam at 648 PSIG and 750°F with a flow rate of 333,258 lbs/hr, and low-pressure steam at 31 PSIG and 337°F at 51,142 lbs/hr. In duct-fired mode, the output increases to 954 PSIG and 753°F for high-pressure steam at 554,403 lbs/hr, and 72 PSIG and 358°F for low-pressure steam at 31,238 lbs/hr. The HRSG system includes high- and low-pressure steam drums, heat transformer modules, a deaerator system, duct burner system, isolation/vent/drain valves, HP/LP flow elements, field assembly fittings, ladders, and walkways. Items not included are emissions controls, boiler feed water pump, exhaust stack, and transition ducts. This unit has also been stored unused in warehouse conditions since manufacture.
